Important for 1.8

After the latest ReShade updates, we'll need to take one last step to get the PPFX SSDO shader working properly. Euro Truck Simulator 2 seems not to load it as it should, so we will have to start the game and open the ReShade menu by pressing the "Start" key. At the bottom of this interface you will see a feature called "Edit global preprocessor definitions". If you don't see it, uncheck the "Performance Mode" box momentarily and display that feature to configure it according to the picture below:
