Muszę poruszyć tutaj pewny temat odnośnie przyszłej wersji terenów Polski bo mamy 'mały konflikt' i chciałbym przeczytać jaka jest opinia użytkowników bo przecież
to Wy bedziecie jeździć i korzystać z mapy.

Jesteśmy na końcowym etapie całkowitej przebudowy terenow Gdańska - Gdynii i okolic.
Teren jest rozległy i zrobiony bardzo atrakcyjnie z bardzo dużą ilością spedycji bo około 65 sztuk.
Ogólnie, faktycznie teren ten z pośród innych na całej mapie wyróżnia się dosć dużą liczbą firm co reszta ekipy promods zauważyła
i w pewnym momencie rozpoczęła się dyskusja czy aby nie zaburzy to rynku przesyłek.
Cześć zespołu obawia się o to, że podczas generowania zleceń będzie duża ilość w ten rejon mapy co jest nieproporcjonalne.

Za argument bierze sie ilość firm w pozostałych dużych miastach takich jak Berlin , Warszawa ..itd
Faktycznie w tak dużych miastach maksymalna ilosć firm to góra - 15 sztuk

Zasugerowano nam więc zmniejszenie liczby firm do ogólnej maks. 35 sztuk (ogólnie dla Gdańska i Gdynii)
Zauważyłem jednak że sporo będzie z tym roboty bo niektóre drogi i rejony zostały specjalnie zrobione pod daną firmę.
Po za tym deaktywacja w plikach def chyba objawiała by sie zbędnymi komunikatami w logu. Dodatkowo nie chemy za bardzo przebudowywać tego terenu, bo trzeba by pokasowywać firmy i w to miejsce
postawić coś innego.
Jesli mapmaker się napracował i dopracował wszystko to ciężko też teraz, gdy praktycznie teren ma na ukończeniu, wybrać co usunąć a co zostawić.
Po prostu zostało to już w dość zaawansowanym stopniu dopracowane.

Dyskusja w kręgu promods doszła do takiego stopnia że postawiono nam jakby 'ultimatum' że musimy dla równowagi zmniejszyć liczbę firm, gdyż w przeciwnym wypadku
nie dodadzą tego terenu do projektu.
My jednak jesteśmy za tym aby to pozostawić tak jak jest i zastanawiam się czy aby nie 'postawić się' i po prostu oznajmić że nie dodajemy tego rejonu do mapy promods a wydamy go sobie oddzielnie jako taki dodatek dla lokalnych polskich graczy.

I've been willing to make compromises and searched for a middle way between my opinion and the opinion of the other person to come with a solution we both can agree on. And finally, you have to LISTEN to each other. Communication is the key to good teamwork. I know the communication hasn't been great between Poland Rebuilding and the rest of the team. There is a language barrier that is hard to overcome. But the moment we stop talking with each other, that is when the team falls apart. Listen to critique and arguments of your other team members and participate in the discussion. Because if you haven't joined into the discussion when things are in progress, you have little right to complain when everything is released. Then you're too late for the party.

So, what does this all have to do with the current project? Well, the rest of the team have found the following problems:
The addition of 70 companies in the area around Gdansk and Gdynia completely disbalances the job market. We see it already occuring; every other job either has its origin in Poland or has its destination in Poland. The job generation may be random, but the randomness is based on probabilities that are not random. In fact, each company you add on the map adds a probability that a job will be generated. If we set this into an analogy, say that each company is a coin and each toss determines if it will generate a job or not. The chance that a job is generated in the Gdansk-Gdynia area will ben then twice as much than the entire Benelux combined. This is the main issue that throws the balance completely off.
The disbalance is not only between Poland and the rest of ProMods, but worse: it's a huge disbalance within Poland itself! Compare the area around Warszawa with the area around Gdansk. While the job density around Warszawa is OK, the job density in the Gdansk area is way too high and very much overkill. If you will change nothing, half of the jobs in Poland will come and go from this region alone.
The stubborn attitude towards your team members is not being taken lightly. I've been really pissed about it now! I tried to explain my standpoints, expressed my worries, acknowledge that there has been a lot of work put into this project, weighed the pros and cons of all alternatives and make compromises in the hope we come to a solution we both can agree on. But nothing that I do brings me any step closer to convince you. Why do we as a team have to settle on your terms while you don't move an inch towards ours? You're not superior within our team. I am not even superior within our team, despite speaking on the behalf of the team and while handling the logistics within the team. I may come across as demanding, but this is all for the benefit of the team, not my own benefit. The fact that I keep track on the deadlines is that it has been brought up by other team members a year ago. And I had to acknowledge the problem that we had organisation issues and so we had to re-think our organisation strategy and since then, I'm the one who keeps track that everyone sticks to their deadlines. Not because I think it's necessary, but because we as a team think it's necessary. I've set my own desires aside to benefit the rest of the team, and I expect everyone else in the team to do the same to form a good team. Anyone who doesn't isn't a good team player, because with such an attitude you are not willing to co-operate.

And since this stubborn attitude is failing to co-operate with the team's perspective, I see no other choice to play it hard and set an ultimatum:
... or you apply the changes we proposed. Which by the way is still quite reasonable and has a minimal impact on the work that has been already done.
... or we will reject the entire plan and refuse to implement it.
And trust me, we all do not want to be forced to use option 2 of this ultimatum. But if you are not willing to change, we seriously consider to do that which we do not want to do. So are you truly a team player or not? The choice is yours...

Co o tej sprawie ogólnie sądzicie?
Pytam się ponieważ ogólni mapa jest robiona dla ludzi i to Wy będziecie z tego korzystać.

Moja opinia jest taka:
a) faktycznie lekko przesadziliśmy z ilością spedycji biorąc pod uwagę inne duze miasta.
b) nie wpływa to na jednak na ogólną rozgrywkę a tylko uatrakcyjnia mapę.
c) nie wprowadzano jako-tako ograniczeń i nigdy nie było o tym mowy (do tego czasu) - więc uwazam że za późno teraz abyśmy to modyfikowali.
d) Jestem za zostawieniem tego tak jak jest obecnie - ze względu iż dodatkowo wiązało by się to znowu z dodatkowym czasem przesiedzianym nad tym rejonem i szkoda tez pracy jaką mapmaker włożył w ten rejon.

Wg. mnie powinniście to przetestować czy rynek zleceń bedzie przewazony. Jesli bedzie to zmniejszycie jesli nie to zostawicie. Ja bym tak to rozegral

Radziłbym Radku, byś wszedł do gry i sprawdził Rynek Przesyłek na przebudowie Gdańska i Gdyni.
Jak będzie OK, to zostawicie to w obecnym stanie, jak nie, to będzie jako add-on.

Jest to dziwne strasznie, a zarazem śmieszne. Z jednej strony mają racje, 70 to trochę lekka przesada. Ale jeśli każda firma jest zupełnie inna ( budowa, umiejscowienie jej oraz dojazd ) to powinna zostać. Nie wiem czemu oni porównują np. Berlin, przecież to jest już ich robocizna. Według mnie powinny zostać, ale RadolSzczecin nie wiem czy po sytuacji gdy się postawisz i powiesz nie i tusk to czy Cię nie usuną z ekipy Promods. W sumie nie wiem jakie będą konsekwencje ale nawet jak będzie PR oddzielnie to nic się nie stanie.

Nie wspomniałem jeszcze ze sporo spedycji to są tylko z dostawami czyli markety, sklepiki itd

Testując rynek wygląda to tak że wybierając np. Gdańsk mamy w Szybkich Zleceniach 10 podstron proponowanych dostaw (Gdynia - 7 )
Widać róznicę biorąc pod uwagę inne miasta (około 4-5 podstron maksymalnie), ale nie wiem dokładnie bo testuje na nieodkrytej całej mapie i nie aktywnymi wszystkimi miastami.

Jeżeli ProModsi nie odpuszczą, to też uważam by wydać jako "add-on".

Myślę, że w tej konfliktowej sytuacji spokojniej będzie jak dacie rejon 3-miasta jako "add-on".
Dlaczego?? Ano dlatego, ze tak rozbudowane rejony mogą "zamulić" słabsze komputery i wtedy gracze będą mieli wybór - albo "damy rade" albo "odpuszczam".

A teraz moje pytanie - a jeżeli jako "add-on" to co będzie "podstawą w tym miejscu ??
To co jest obecnie na 1.23 ??


Także jestem za add-on przez szacunek dla włożoną pracę Map Makerów.
